A pastor wants to know who is there, who has been missing for weeks and who needs a visit. A notebook works for twenty people; it does not work for two hundred. The Ministry page in BibleSlide gives churches a simple, private register.
Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds.
King James Version
Your membership list
- Add members with their contact details, ministry and status.
- Search and filter the list in seconds.
- Export to CSV or PDF when you need a printed list.
- Each church sees only its own members.
Attendance in a few taps
- Create the service: date, type and, if you have several, the campus.
- Open the attendance sheet and tick who is present.
- Look at the trends: who comes regularly, who has been absent for a while.
Several campuses, one view
If your church meets in several places, create a campus for each one. Members and services can belong to a campus, and the lists can be filtered by campus — while leaders still see the whole church.
The right access for each person
Not everyone needs to see everything. Give roles to your team: owner, administrator, secretary or viewer. Pastoral notes stay private to the people allowed to read them.
Choose one person to take attendance each week, and look at the absences every month: a phone call at the right time can bring someone back.
