Every Sunday, someone visits your church for the first time. If nobody calls them during the week, many do not come back. Follow-up is not about technology; it is about not forgetting anyone.

Matthew 28:19

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

King James Version

An outreach board

In the Outreach tab, each visitor or contact has a card. Cards move through simple steps, from first visit to member. Set a follow-up date and the card is highlighted when the call is due.

Discipleship classes

  1. Create a class: baptism, new believers, membership, leadership.
  2. Add participants from your members.
  3. Mark each person as enrolled, completed or dropped.
  4. See on each member’s profile which classes they have finished.

Events with registration

For a retreat, a youth night or a conference, create an event with a capacity. Register members or guests and mark who attended. You always see how many places are left.

Respect people’s privacy

Visitors’ contact details are visible only to the roles that need them, and activity reports do not expose their names. Treat this information like a confidential conversation.

When a visitor is ready, use Welcome as member: their card moves to the member list without typing everything again.
