Many of our families pray in more than one language. Grandparents read Louis Segond, the children learn English at school, the youth group sings in Kreyòl, and a neighbour asks for a verse in Spanish. The BibleSlide Bible reader puts all four side by side, free and without an account.
Four translations, verified
- Bib La — Haitian Creole
- Louis Segond 1910 — French
- King James Version — English
- Reina Valera 1909 — Spanish
Each one was checked before it was published: its license, all 66 books, every chapter and every verse. You can see the license and the source of each translation at the bottom of every chapter page.
How to use it
- Choose a version, then a book and a chapter.
- Or type a reference in the “Go to a reference” box. Sòm 23, Psaumes 23, Salmos 23 and Psalm 23 all work, in any version.
- Change version at any time: you stay on the same chapter.
- Use A− / A / A+ to make the text easier to read, and “Copy link” to send a chapter to a friend.
Every verse has its own link. Click the small verse number and the address in your browser points straight to that verse — perfect for a WhatsApp group or a Bible-study message.
Search by words
Remember part of a verse but not where it is? Open a version and search for a few words. The reader lists the verses that contain them, with a link to each chapter.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
King James Version
From reading to projecting
The same translations are available in the BibleSlide app. The verse you read at home on Saturday is exactly the text your church can project on Sunday.
Start with a chapter: Jan 1 in Bib La · Jean 1 en Louis Segond · John 1 in the KJV · Juan 1 en Reina Valera.
