Nothing distracts a congregation more than a mouse pointer wandering across the lyrics, or a menu bar at the top of the projector screen. In BibleSlide, full-screen mode shows the slide and nothing else. You drive it from the keyboard, a clicker, the mouse wheel or your phone.

Start and stop

  • F5 — full screen (slide only, no buttons)
  • Esc — leave full screen

Move between slides

  • Next: → , ↓ , Page Down, Space, Enter or N
  • Previous: ← , ↑ , Page Up, Backspace or P
  • First / last slide: Home / End
  • Jump to a slide: type its number, then press Enter
  • The mouse wheel and a click also move forward, and on a touch screen you can swipe.

Most presentation clickers send Page Down and Page Up, so they work with BibleSlide without any setup — just like in PowerPoint.

Control the screen

  • B or . — black screen (for prayer, or when the preacher speaks)
  • W, C or , — hide the text but keep the background

Change the text size, live

  • + or = — larger text
  • − — smaller text
  • R — back to normal size
  • A — auto-fit the text to the screen

Only the main text changes; titles and labels stay in place. BibleSlide remembers your choice for the next service, and it never lets the text overflow the screen.

Two screens and a phone

With Open screen you can send the slides to a second window on the projector while you keep the controls and a preview of the next slide on your laptop. With Phone remote, scan a QR code and move the slides from your phone. Anyone with that private link can control the presentation until you exit, so share it only with your team.

1 Corinthians 14:40

Let all things be done decently and in order.

Print this list and tape it next to the laptop in your media corner. After two Sundays, nobody will need it any more.
