1 Salmo de David. DE Jehová es la tierra y su plenitud; el mundo, y los que en él habitan. 2 Porque él la fundó sobre los mares, y afirmóla sobre los ríos. 3 ¿Quién subirá al monte de Jehová? ¿y quién estará en el lugar de su santidad? 4 El limpio de manos, y puro de corazón: el que no ha elevado su alma á la vanidad, ni jurado con engaño. 5 El recibirá bendición de Jehová, y justicia del Dios de salud. 6 Tal es la generación de los que le buscan, de los que buscan tu rostro, oh Dios de Jacob. (Selah.) 7 Alzad, oh puertas, vuestras cabezas, y alzaos vosotras, puertas eternas, y entrará el Rey de gloria. 8 ¿Quién es este Rey de gloria? Jehová el fuerte y valiente, Jehová el poderoso en batalla. 9 Alzad, oh puertas, vuestras cabezas, y alzaos vosotras, puertas eternas, y entrará el Rey de gloria. 10 ¿Quién es este Rey de gloria? Jehová de los ejércitos, él es el Rey de la gloria. (Selah.)

PSALM 24
Psa 24:1-10. God's supreme sovereignty requires a befitting holiness of life and heart in His worshippers; a sentiment sublimely illustrated by describing His entrance into the sanctuary, by the symbol of His worship--the ark, as requiring the most profound homage to the glory of His Majesty.
1. fulness--everything.
world--the habitable globe, with
they that dwell--forming a parallel expression to the first clause.

2. Poetically represents the facts of Ge 1:9.
Salmos 24:3-4
3-4. The form of a question gives vivacity. Hands, tongue, and heart are organs of action, speech, and feeling, which compose character.
hill of the Lord--(compare Psa 2:6, &c.). His Church--the true or invisible, as typified by the earthly sanctuary.
Salmos 24:5
5. righteousness--the rewards which God bestows on His people, or the grace to secure those rewards as well as the result.

7-10. The entrance of the ark, with the attending procession, into the holy sanctuary is pictured to us. The repetition of the terms gives emphasis.
