1 Aleluia! Louvai a Deus em seu santuário; louvai-o no firmamento de seu poder. 2 Louvai-o por suas proezas; louvai-o conforme a imensidão de sua grandeza. 3 Louvai-o com com de trombeta; louvai-o com lira e harpa. 4 Louvai-o com tamborim e flauta; louvai-o com instrumentos de cordas e de sopro. 5 Louvai-o com címbalos bem sonoros; louvai-o com címbalos de sons de alegria. 6 Tudo quanto tem fôlego, louve ao SENHOR! Aleluia!

Salmos 150:1

PSALM 150

Psa 150:1-6. This is a suitable doxology for the whole book, reciting the "place, theme, mode, and extent of God's high praise."

1. in his sanctuary--on earth.

firmament of his power--which illustrates His power.

Salmos 150:2

2. mighty acts--(Psa 145:4).

excellent greatness--or, abundance of greatness.

Salmos 150:3-4

3-4. trumpet--used to call religious assemblies;

Salmos 150:5

5. cymbals--suited to loud praise (Ne 12:27).

Salmos 150:6

6. Living voices shall take up the failing sounds of dead instruments, and as they cease on earth, those of intelligent ransomed spirits and holy angels, as with the sound of mighty thunders, will prolong eternally the praise, saying: "Alleluia! Salvation, and Glory, and Honor, and Power, unto the Lord our God;" "Alleluia! for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth." Amen!
